Download and share certificate

Download certificate

You can download your earned certificates as a PDF document at any time.

Download steps

1. Go to “Certificates” in the main menu
2. Find the desired certificate
3. Click “Download” or the download icon
4. The PDF is saved to your computer

From certificate detail view

1. Click the certificate to open the detail view
2. Click “Download as PDF”

The PDF certificate

Certificate content

The downloaded certificate contains:

• Your full name
• Course title
• Completion date
• Unique certificate ID
• Company logo (if configured by your company)
• Signature or seal (if configured)

File size and format

• Format: PDF (Portable Document Format)
• Size: approx. 100-500 KB
• Quality: Printable in high resolution

Print certificate

How to print your certificate:

1. Open PDF with a PDF reader
2. Select Print (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
3. Quality: Select “Best” or “High”
4. Paper size: A4 recommended
5. Click “Print”

Printing tips

• Color printing: For the best appearance
• High-quality paper: For official documents
• Frame: Optional frame for presentation

Share certificate

By email

1. Download PDF
2. Create new email
3. Add PDF as attachment
4. Send email

On social networks

If your company has enabled this feature:

1. Open the certificate detail view
2. Click “Share”
3. Select the desired platform (LinkedIn, etc.)

Verify certificate

Every certificate has a unique ID. It can be used for verification:

• You can find the ID on the certificate
• Employers or third parties can check authenticity

Download all certificates

If you need several certificates at once:

1. Go to “Certificates”
2. Select “Download all” (if available)
3. You receive a ZIP file with all PDFs

Problems downloading?

PDF does not open

1. Install a PDF reader (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader)
2. Or open the PDF in the browser

Download does not start

1. Disable pop-up blocker
2. Try a different browser
3. Reload page and try again
