Your right to data portability
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data.
Which data can you export?
Included data

Export data
Step by step
- Click your name in the top right
- Select “Profile” or “Settings”
- Go to “Privacy” or “My data”
- Click “Export data”
- Wait for generation
- Download the file
Export format
Your data is provided as:
- JSON file: Machine-readable
- CSV files: For Excel/spreadsheets
- Or as a ZIP archive with multiple files
After the export
Open file
JSON files:
- Open with a text editor
- Or with a JSON viewer in the browser
CSV files:
- Open with Excel or Google Sheets
- Encoding: UTF-8 for correct special characters
Understand data
The exported data contains technical fields. Here is an explanation of the most important ones:

Use cases
What can you use the data for?
- Personal documentation: Archive your learning history
- Proof: For employers or certifications

How often can you export?
There is no restriction. You can export your data at any time.
Recommendation: Export important milestones (for example, after completing a course) for your records.
