Receive certificate

Certificates in LernCampus24

After successfully completing a course, you receive an official certificate. It confirms your participation and successful completion.

Requirements for a certificate

To receive a certificate, you must:

1. Have completed all lessons in the course
2. Have watched all required videos
3. Have passed the final exam (if available)

Check progress

Before receiving a certificate:

1. Open the course
2. Check that progress shows 100%
3. Make sure all quizzes are passed

Certificate is created automatically

As soon as all requirements are met:

1. The certificate is generated automatically
2. You receive an email notification (if enabled)
3. The certificate appears in your certificates area

Find certificate

In the certificates area

1. Click “Certificates” in the menu
2. You see all certificates you have earned
3. Click a certificate for details

In the course itself

1. Open the completed course
2. Click “View certificate”

Certificate information

Every certificate contains:

Information	Description
Your name	As stored in your profile
Course name	The completed course
Completion date	When you completed the course
Certificate ID	Unique identifier for verification
Company logo	Your company’s logo (if configured)

Certificate not received?

If you did not receive a certificate:

Possible causes

1. Course not complete: Check whether 100% has really been reached
2. Quiz not passed: Repeat the exam
3. Certificates disabled: Your administrator may not have enabled certificates
4. Technical problem: Reload the page or contact support

What to do?

1. Check progress: Are all lessons marked green?
2. Refresh page: Press F5
3. Contact administrator: If the problem persists

Certificates for your company

Certificates can be configured by your administrator:

• Enabled or disabled
• With the company logo
• Customized with custom texts

If you do not see certificates, ask your administrator whether this feature is enabled.
