How to adapt the branding of your LernCampus24 instance

Customize company branding

Adapt LernCampus24 to your company’s visual identity. Your logo and colors are shown throughout the platform.

Open branding settings

  1. Go to Admin > Settings
  2. Select “Branding” or “Company branding”

Logo requirements

  1. Click “Upload logo”
  2. Select your logo file
  3. Check the preview
  4. Click “Save”

Logo placement

Choose where the logo is displayed:

Adjust primary color

Color selection

The primary color is used for:

  • Buttons and links
  • Navigation and menus
  • Accents across the entire interface

How to change the color

  1. Click the color field
  2. Choose a color with the color picker
  3. Or enter a hex code (for example, #3b82f6)
  4. Click “Save”

Color recommendations

Tip: Use your company’s corporate identity colors.

Check preview

Live preview

While making changes:

  1. You see a live preview on the right
  2. Check how logo and colors work together
  3. Test different combinations

Before saving

Check:

  • Readability: Is the text easy to read on the color?
  • Contrast: Enough contrast for accessibility?
  • Consistency: Does it match the rest of your brand?

Publish changes

Immediate effect

After saving:

  • Changes are active immediately
  • All users see the new branding
  • A page reload shows the changes

Back to default

If needed:

  1. Click “Remove logo” to remove the logo
  2. Click “Default color” to reset the color

Certificate branding

The logo also appears on certificates:

  • Position: At the top of the certificate
  • Quality: Use a high-resolution logo
