Overview of the administrator dashboard and key metrics

The admin dashboard

As an administrator, you have access to an extended dashboard with comprehensive statistics and management tools.

Open the dashboard

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. You are automatically redirected to the admin dashboard
  3. Alternatively: click “Admin” in the main menu

Key metrics overview

Main statistics

The dashboard shows four important metrics:

MembersTotal number of users in your company
Active coursesNumber of published courses
GroupsNumber of course groups
Completion rateAverage course completion rate

Trend indicators

Each metric also shows:

  • Trend arrow: Rising or falling
  • Percentage change: Compared with the last 30 days
  • Color coding: Green (positive), red (negative)

Completion trend chart

The completion trend shows learning activity over the last 30 days:

  • X-axis: Date
  • Y-axis: Number of completions
  • Line: Daily course completions

Top courses

The most popular courses overview shows:

  • Course name: The most visited courses
  • Enrollments: Number of assigned users
  • Completion rate: Percentage of users who completed the course

Current activity

The “Recent activity” section shows:

  • Recently completed courses
  • New user registrations
  • Current quiz results

Quick access

Quick actions

From the dashboard, you have quick access to:

  • Create course: Create a new course
  • Invite users: Add new employees
  • Create group: Create a new course group
  • Export reports: CSV export of the data

The side menu contains all admin areas:

Personalize the dashboard

The dashboard adapts automatically:

  • Time period: Data refers to the last 30 days
  • Your company: Only data from your organization is shown
