Edit profile

Keep your personal data up to date. Your name appears on certificates and in member lists.

Open profile

1. Click your name in the top right
2. Select “Profile” or “Settings”

Change personal data

Change name

1. Go to Profile > Personal data
2. Edit first name and/or last name
3. Click “Save”

Important: Your name appears on:

• Certificates
• Group member lists
• The admin dashboard (visible to administrators)

Email address

Your email address is used for login and notifications.

Note: The email address can only be changed by an administrator. Contact your admin if a change is required.

Profile picture (if available)

Upload image

If profile pictures are enabled:

1. Click the image area
2. Select a photo from your computer
3. Adjust the crop
4. Click “Save”

Recommendations

Property	Recommendation

Notification settings

Available options

Depending on your company’s configuration, you can set:

Option	Description
Course assignments	Email for new courses
Course completion	Confirmation after completion
Certificates	Info for a new certificate
Reminders	Reminders for open courses

Change settings

1. Go to Profile > Notifications
2. Enable or disable the desired options
3. Click “Save”

Language settings

LernCampus24 is currently available in German, English, Spanish, and French. You can change your preferred language in the profile settings.

What you cannot change

Some data can only be changed by the administrator:

• Email address
• User role (member/admin)
• Group membership

Contact your administrator for these changes.

Changes take effect immediately

All changes you make:

• Are active immediately
• Are updated everywhere in the platform
• For certificates: only new certificates use the new name
