Types of feedback

What you should include
For helpful feedback:
- What: What would you like to improve/suggest?
- Why: Which problem does it solve for you?
- How: Do you have a concrete idea for implementation?
- Context: How do you use the platform? (role, frequency)

Feature requests
What we review
For feature requests, we assess:
- Benefit: How many users benefit?
- Effort: How complex is the implementation?
- Fit: Does it fit the product vision?
- Priority: How urgent is it?
No guarantee
We cannot promise that every suggestion will be implemented. But we read every piece of feedback, and it flows into our product development.
Bug reports
What is a bug?
A bug is when something does not work as expected:
- Buttons that do not respond
- Incorrect display of data
- Error messages
- Crashes
Create a bug report
For a good bug report:
- What happens: Describe the problem
- What should happen: What did you expect?
- Steps: How can the problem be reproduced?
- Details: Browser, operating system, device
- Screenshot: If possible
Where: Send bugs to [email protected] with the subject “Bug: [Description]“
Product updates
How do I learn about new features?
- In the platform: Announcements for important updates
- Email: Occasional product news (if subscribed)
- Help Center: Updated articles
Roadmap
We do not publish a detailed roadmap, but larger updates are announced.
Feedback from others
Inform administrator
If you have feedback that affects your company:
- Speak with your administrator first
- They can collect company-specific feedback
- Bundled feedback often carries more weight
Involve colleagues
If several colleagues have the same problem:
- Coordinate shared feedback
- Multiple voices show relevance
