How to delete your LernCampus24 account and data

Delete account

You can request deletion of your account and data. This is a final process.

Important information first

What is deleted?

When an account is deleted, the following is removed:

Personal dataCompletely deleted
Learning progressCompletely deleted
Quiz resultsCompletely deleted
CertificatesAnonymized or deleted
Activity historyCompletely deleted

What remains?

  • Aggregated statistics: Anonymous numbers for the company
  • Audit logs: Anonymized logs (legally required)

Before deletion

Save data

Recommendation: Export your data first:

  1. Go to Export your data
  2. Download all your data
  3. Download your certificates as PDF

Request deletion

Via profile

If available:

  1. Go to Profile > Privacy
  2. Click “Delete account”
  3. Read the warning
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Click “Delete permanently”

Via administrator

In many cases, you must request deletion:

  1. Contact your administrator
  2. State that you want to delete your account
  3. The administrator performs the deletion

By email

If the options above are not possible:

  1. Send an email to your data protection officer
  2. Subject: “Account deletion request”
  3. Provide your email address for identification
  4. You receive a confirmation after deletion

After deletion

What happens?

  1. Your account is deactivated immediately
  2. You can no longer log in
  3. Data is completely deleted within 30 days
  4. You receive a confirmation email

Can deletion be undone?

No. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

If you want to access the platform again later, you must register again or be invited again.

GDPR rights

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This applies in particular if:

  • The data is no longer needed
  • You withdraw your consent
  • The data was processed unlawfully

Exceptions

In certain cases, complete deletion may not be possible:

  • Legal retention obligations
  • Ongoing legal disputes
  • Legitimate interests of the company

In these cases, the data is blocked instead of deleted.
