Forgot your password?

No problem. You can reset your password yourself in just a few steps.

Reset password step by step

1. Open app.lerncampus24.de/login
2. Click “Forgot password?” below the login form
3. Enter your email address
4. Click “Request link”
5. Check your email inbox

Receive email with reset link

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

The email contains:

• A secure password reset link
• The link is valid for 30 minutes
• The link can be used only once

Set a new password

1. Click the link in the email
2. Enter your new password
3. Confirm the password by entering it again
4. Click “Save password”

Password requirements

Your new password must meet these criteria:

• At least 8 characters long
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• Ideally one special character (for example !@#$%^&*)

No email received?

If you have not received an email:

1. Check your spam folder - The email may have landed there
2. Check the email address - Did you enter the correct address?
3. Wait a few minutes - Delivery can take a little time
4. Request it again - You can request the link again

Still having problems?

Contact your administrator or our support team if:

• You do not receive an email, even after several attempts
• The link does not work
• You no longer know your email address

Security note

For security reasons:

• The reset link is valid only once
• After it expires, you must request a new link
• Your old password becomes invalid immediately as soon as the new one is set
