”Wrong password”

Reset password

  1. Click “Forgot password?”
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox (including spam)
  4. Click the link in the email
  5. Set a new password

”User not found”

Possible causes

  • Typing error in the email address
  • No account exists
  • Different email used during registration

Solutions

  1. Check email: Carefully verify the spelling
  2. Try other addresses: Personal email? Company email?
  3. Ask administrator: Were you invited?
  4. Register again: If self-registration is possible

”Account locked” or “Deactivated”

Why can this happen?

  • Too many failed login attempts
  • Account was deactivated by the administrator
  • Security lock after suspicious activity

What to do?

  1. Wait: Sometimes the lock is lifted after a few minutes
  2. Contact administrator: To have the lock removed
  3. Reset password: If there were too many failed attempts

”Email not verified”

Problem

You registered, but have not confirmed your email yet.

Solution

  1. Check your email inbox (including spam)
  2. Click the verification link
  3. If there is no email: click “Send again”

Page does not load / error

Fix browser problems

  1. Reload page: F5 or Ctrl+R
  2. Clear cache: Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  3. Try another browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
  4. Check cookies: Allowed for this site?
  5. Incognito mode: Test without extensions
