Export data

LernCampus24 lets you export data as CSV files for external analysis, reports, or archiving.

Export progress

What is exported?

The progress export contains:

  • Username and email
  • Course name
  • Progress as a percentage
  • Status (in progress, completed)
  • Start date
  • Completion date (if completed)

How to export

  1. Go to Admin > Analytics
  2. Click “Export” > “Progress”
  3. Optional: select a time period
  4. Click “Export”
  5. The CSV file is downloaded

Export users

What is exported?

The user export contains:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Role (Member, Admin)
  • Status (active, pending)
  • Registration date
  • Last login
  • Assigned courses
  • Completed courses

How to export

  1. Go to Admin > Users or Admin > Analytics
  2. Click “Export” > “Users”
  3. Click “Export”

Export certificates

What is exported?

The certificate export contains:

  • Username and email
  • Course name
  • Certificate ID
  • Issue date
  • Download status

How to export

  1. Go to Admin > Analytics
  2. Click “Export” > “Certificates”
  3. Optional: select a time period
  4. Click “Export”

Limit the time period

For progress and certificate exports, you can filter:

  1. Select the start date
  2. Select the end date
  3. The export contains only data from this period

Open CSV file

With Excel

  1. Open Excel
  2. Go to File > Open
  3. Select the CSV file
  4. Follow the import wizard

Tip: Select “UTF-8” as encoding for special characters.

With Google Sheets

  1. Open Google Sheets
  2. Go to File > Import
  3. Upload the CSV file
  4. Data is detected automatically

With exported data, you can:

  • Create pivot tables for summaries
  • Build charts for visualizations
  • Use filters for specific analyses

Exported data can be imported into:

  • Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • HR systems

Handling notes

  • Exported data contains personal data
  • Store exports securely
  • Delete exports after use

Export problems?

Export does not start

  1. Disable pop-up blocker
  2. Try another browser
  3. For large data sets: be patient – export can take time

File is corrupted

  1. Export again
  2. Clear cache and try again
  3. Contact support if problems continue
