How to export learning and user data for external analysis

Export data
LernCampus24 lets you export data as CSV files for external analysis, reports, or archiving.
Export options
Available exports

Export progress
What is exported?
The progress export contains:
- Username and email
- Course name
- Progress as a percentage
- Status (in progress, completed)
- Start date
- Completion date (if completed)
How to export
- Go to Admin > Analytics
- Click “Export” > “Progress”
- Optional: select a time period
- Click “Export”
- The CSV file is downloaded
Export users
What is exported?
The user export contains:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Role (Member, Admin)
- Status (active, pending)
- Registration date
- Last login
- Assigned courses
- Completed courses
How to export
- Go to Admin > Users or Admin > Analytics
- Click “Export” > “Users”
- Click “Export”
Export certificates
What is exported?
The certificate export contains:
- Username and email
- Course name
- Certificate ID
- Issue date
- Download status
How to export
- Go to Admin > Analytics
- Click “Export” > “Certificates”
- Optional: select a time period
- Click “Export”
Export with date filter
Limit the time period
For progress and certificate exports, you can filter:
- Select the start date
- Select the end date
- The export contains only data from this period
Typical periods

Open CSV file
With Excel
- Open Excel
- Go to File > Open
- Select the CSV file
- Follow the import wizard
Tip: Select “UTF-8” as encoding for special characters.
With Google Sheets
- Open Google Sheets
- Go to File > Import
- Upload the CSV file
- Data is detected automatically
Use export data
Create reports
With exported data, you can:
- Create pivot tables for summaries
- Build charts for visualizations
- Use filters for specific analyses
Integration with other tools
Exported data can be imported into:
- Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- HR systems
- Reporting tools
GDPR and data protection
Handling notes
- Exported data contains personal data
- Store exports securely
- Delete exports after use
- Share exports only with authorized persons

Users have the right to export their own data:

Export problems?
Export does not start
- Disable pop-up blocker
- Try another browser
- For large data sets: be patient – export can take time
File is corrupted
- Export again
- Clear cache and try again
- Contact support if problems continue
