Course materials

Many courses offer additional materials for download. These can be worksheets, checklists, presentations or further documents.

Find materials

In lessons

Downloadable materials can be found directly in lessons:

1. Open the corresponding lesson
2. Scroll to the “Materials” or “Downloads” section
3. You will see a list of all available files

In the course overview

Some courses have their own materials area:

1. Open the course overview
2. Look for the “Materials” tab or section
3. Here you will find all course materials collected in one place

Download files

Start download

1. Click the file name or the download icon
2. The file will be downloaded
3. Find the file in your Downloads folder

Supported file types

File type	Description
PDF	Documents, guides, checklists
DOCX/DOC	Word documents for editing
XLSX/XLS	Excel spreadsheets
PPTX/PPT	PowerPoint presentations
ZIP	Compressed file collections
Images	JPG, PNG, SVG

After the download

Open file

• PDF: With a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat
• Office files: With Microsoft Office or LibreOffice
• ZIP: Extract with the built-in archive tool

File not found?

1. Check your Downloads folder
2. Search your computer for the file name
3. Check the browser downloads (usually Ctrl+J or Cmd+J)

Tips for materials

Organization

• Folder structure: Create one folder per course
• Naming: Keep meaningful file names
• Backup: Also store important materials in the cloud

Effective use

1. Print: Checklists and worksheets for practical exercises
2. Notes: Add your own comments to PDFs
3. Reference: Keep materials for later lookup

Problems downloading?

Download does not start

1. Pop-up blocker: Disable it for this site
2. Different browser: Try another browser
3. Right-click: Use “Save link as”

File damaged

1. Download again: Download the file again
2. Clear cache: Clear browser cache and try again
3. Contact support: If problems continue

Offline use

You can use downloaded materials offline:

• While traveling: Download materials beforehand
• Without internet: Open PDF documents at any time
• Print: For training sessions without a computer
