How to interpret the statistics on the admin dashboard
Dashboard statistics
The admin dashboard shows important key performance indicators (KPIs) at a glance. Here you learn how to interpret these statistics.
The four main metrics
1. Members
What is counted: All active users in your company.
Trend: Shows the change over the last 30 days.

| +5% (green) | 5% more members than 30 days ago |
| -3% (red) | 3% fewer members |
| 0% | No change |
2. Active courses
What is counted: Published courses (not in draft status).
Important for: Overview of your course offering.
3. Groups
What is counted: Number of created course groups.
Important for: Organization of your course assignments.
4. Completion rate
What is counted: Percentage of completed courses in relation to all assignments.
Calculation:
Completion rate = (Completed courses / Assigned courses) × 100
Example: 150 completed out of 200 assigned courses = 75%

What does the chart show?
The completion trend visualizes learning activity:
- X-axis: The last 30 days
- Y-axis: Number of course completions per day
- Line: Daily completions
How to interpret it

What is shown?
The most popular courses by:
- Enrollments: How many users have access
- Completion rate: How many have completed the course
Interpretation

| High enrollments, low completion rate | Course may be too long or too difficult |
| Low enrollments, high completion rate | Niche course for a motivated group |
30-day comparison
Why 30 days?
The 30-day period enables:
- Meaningful trends: Enough data points
- Freshness: Not too far in the past
- Seasonal patterns: Weekly rhythm becomes visible
Trend calculation
The trend compares:
- Current value: Status today
- Previous value: Status 30 days ago
- Difference: Percentage change
